Quil is one of Jacobs best friends, he is the only werewolf to be happy with his transformation as he is back with his friends and understands what had been happening. Quil has imprinted on Claire, Emily's 2 year old neice, even though quil is slightly scared by this, he is comforted by Jacob saying that there is nothing wrong with it and he will just have to wait for Claire to grow older.
